During this 8 hour training (2 hours for lunch with breaks included), participants will engage in activities, conversations, real life stories, videos and circles that include self-reflection through a safe sharing space that deepens a teacher’s understanding of racial, gender identity including transgender students, sexual orientation, language diversity, and individual with disabilities and mental health concerns. When discussing these topics, potential biases will be examined including their own experiences and frame of reference with these topics, and the impact this has on forming relationships with students, families and the work they do in the community. Introduction to Ministerial Marriage Counseling:

I’ve learned there comes a time in our lives that we must decide what’s more profitable for each of us, and being grounded in the word of the Lord seems to bond us closer together than we can do on our own strength. When a man and woman can stand on the word of the lord their bond and commitment is so much stronger. Even though each couple will be at different levels in their spiritual walk, and maturity, and their circumstances will vary. This might be your very first engagement, others might have been married before, and some will even have children. There will be many different variables to be looked at. But love is love, no matter what. Check us out for your pre-marital needs, because we look forward to walking through your heartfelt journey.

  • Knowing where the shame has been stored
  • Learning to claim our power back
  • Opening our storage tanks up in a healthy manner
  • Establishing positive support systems
  • Social/emotional skills recognition

Begin Your Journey

You don’t have to walk through healing alone. Let these six weeks become the turning point where grief softens, truth strengthens, and grace carries you into your next chapter.

Book Based-Training

Let’s Get Real: Lessons Learned from the Field is a call to ethical leadership grounded in lived experience, faith, and system-level insight. Opening with From Mary’s Heart to Mary’s Soul: More Than a Conversation, the book invites leaders and funders to examine how power, accountability, and access truly function–beyond rhetoric and reports.

Rather than leading with an accusation, the work asks principled questions that are rooted in field experience and conscience. Let’s Get Real challenges institutions to align value with practice–and invites leaders to go where truth lives: inside their own systems.
